Avella Naturals — Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Avella Naturals, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly so your pet’s products arrive on time. Because of this, cancellations and modifications are limited once an order enters fulfillment. This policy outlines how cancellations apply to different purchase types on avellanaturals.com.


1 · Purchase Types Covered

This policy applies to the following order types:

  • One-Time Purchases (standard checkout orders)
  • Subscription Orders (recurring deliveries)
  • Pre-Orders / Back-Orders (products not yet in stock)
  • Promotional Bundles (discounted multi-item or “Buy X Get Y” offers)

2 · One-Time Purchases

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement if processing has not yet begun.
  • Once an order enters “Processing,” “Fulfilled,” or “Shipped” status, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Address or item changes are not guaranteed after checkout; please double-check all details before payment.
  • If you wish to cancel after processing has begun, you may refuse delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy (shipping + restocking fees apply).

3 · Subscription Orders (“Subscribe & Save”)

  • Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing date.
  • Requests submitted after that window apply to the following cycle.
  • Cancellation must be made by emailing avellanaturals@gmail.com — we do not accept cancellations through social media or chat.
  • Subscription shipments already billed or labeled “Shipped” are non-refundable.

4 · Pre-Orders & Back-Orders

  • Payment is collected in full at checkout to reserve stock.
  • Cancellations are permitted only within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, pre-orders are considered final sale unless the product is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the advertised date.
  • If a delay exceeds 30 days, you may request a full refund by contacting avellanaturals@gmail.com.

5 · Promotional Bundles & Discount Offers

  • Bundle and multi-item offers are processed as a single transaction.
  • Partial cancellations or item swaps within a bundle are not allowed.
  • If you cancel, the entire bundle must be returned unopened in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • Promotional discounts and free-gift offers become void once a bundle is canceled or returned.

6 · Gift Orders

  • Gift orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement if unprocessed.
  • Once processed, they follow the same rules as standard purchases.
  • Gift recipients requesting cancellation or return must provide the original order number and purchaser email.

7 · Digital Products / Downloadables (if applicable)

  • Digital or downloadable content is non-refundable once access is delivered by email or download link.
  • If you encounter technical issues, contact avellanaturals@gmail.com  for troubleshooting or replacement access.

8 · How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email avellanaturals@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  2. Include your full name, shipping address, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our team will verify eligibility and respond within 1–2 business days.

Cancellations are confirmed only when you receive written acknowledgment from our team.


9 · Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Bank posting times may vary (2–10 business days).
  • Shipping fees and discounts on partially shipped bundles are non-refundable.

10 · Order Refusals & Returned Packages

Refusing delivery does not guarantee a refund. Returned packages will be inspected under our Return Policy:

  • Restocking fee: 20 % of item value
  • Return shipping: deducted from refund
  • Refunds issued only if the items arrive unused and in resaleable condition.

11 · Policy Exceptions

We reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions for:

  • Verified duplicate orders caused by system error
  • Items out of stock or discontinued after purchase
  • Manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped
