At Avella Naturals, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. We partner with trusted carriers — including FedEx, UPS, DHL, SF Express and USPS — to provide dependable service worldwide.
Order Processing
Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days on average.

Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).

High-volume or holiday seasons may extend processing to up to 10 business days.

Popular or back-ordered items may require extra time.
Verification & Fraud Screening
Every order undergoes:

Payment and address verification,

Inventory confirmation, and
-
Fraud-prevention screening.
Once an order enters fulfillment or “shipped” status, no address, item, or quantity changes can be made.

Shipping Methods:
We mainly offer standard shipping. Standard shipping usually takes 3-10 business days for delivery within the United States. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Tracking details are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate.

If tracking has not updated within 5 business days after shipment, contact avellanaturals@gmail.com with your order number.
Multiple Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately with individual tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
As of right now shipping is FREE! Take advantage while you can!
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Please contact us for inquiries regarding international shipping options.
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on their size, weight, or contents. We will notify you if any restrictions apply to your order.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been dispatched.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:
Avella Naturals is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
